Multi-select options
Code:

- This code will be replaced by a single-select option list within your webpage. Create a multi-select item for each option.
- Replace title with the title of the field, e.g. Hobbies. Ensure the title is consistent for each of your options and only contains letters, numbers, underscores _ and dashes -.
- Replace value with the option value, e.g. Canoeing.
